MISSION
CSC Luxembourg aimed to strengthen leadership capability by building a structured development program for managers and emerging leaders.

CHALLENGE
Leadership development needed to address diverse experience levels, business realities, and behavioral competencies rather than theory alone.

GOAL
Tonigs supported the design and development of leadership learning paths focused on people management, self-awareness, and performance leadership. The result was a development framework that supported internal talent growth and long-term organizational capability.
