MISSION
Cargolux required a modern office safety training program to increase awareness, reduce workplace risks, and support a strong internal safety culture.
CHALLENGE
Existing safety training was perceived as generic and low-engagement. The challenge was to design a learning experience that employees would actively engage with while clearly understanding risks, responsibilities, and preventive behaviors.
